The wise ousel of which Orwen spoke, perched on the final chunk of Mount Kilgwyry.

Mount Kilgwyry was a tall mountain in an unknown region of Prydain. According to the three enchantresses, its peak was slowly worn down over the ages by a brown-and-orange ousel, a kind of bird. The ousel was perhaps enchanted, because it lived long enough to wear down the mountain top -- where it came to sharpen its beak once a year -- and evidently was wise enough to answer supplicants' questions.
